VACUUM FEEDERS
These feeders find common use in transfer of grains and other granular products. With adaptation these can be used for wet products as well. SIMPLE OPERATION
Spirostar conveyor's only moving part is its flexible spiral, directly driven by an electric motor and rotating within an outer tube

DUST -FREE & TOTALLY SEALED
The major benefit of a Spirostar system is the absence of air as the conveying medium. This means there is no risk of atmospheric contamination of the materials being conveyed, either through airborne dust or humidity. The system is totally sealed, so there is no chance of escape into ambient atmosphere of dust or volatile and toxic vapors.

GENTLE HANDLING
The gentle mechanical action insures no separation occurs when a mixture of materials with varying bulk densities or particle sizes is being conveyed. The spiral is centralised within the outer tube and gently conveys without degrading the product.

LOW MAINTENANCE
The robust inner spiral is the only moving part of this conveyor, to ensure trouble-free operation.

FLEXIBILITY
These Conveyors can be installed over, under or around existing machinery and can convey in any direction. Multiple intake and discharge units can be fitted, and conveyors can be linked together for material transfer over longer distances. This can be a perfect "add-on" for any FFS machine handling powder or granular products.

CONSISTENT FEEDING
Materials are fed into your process smoothly and consistently, and when these conveyors are fitted with variable speed control, (as an option) accurate metering can be achieved.

EASY TO CLEAN
Inherent simplicity of design makes cleaning a simple operation, if necessary, the spiral can be quickly removed from the tube, and assembled with ease. These conveyors are supplied as standard with level sensor to filled on discharge hopper.
